“We booked a 3night stay in iceland with Designer Travel's agent Lucia. She made sure that we had everything needed for our trip and was always available to answer any query or concerns. When I told her I'd had a fall at home a few days before travelling Lucia immediately got in touch with the airline to set up Special Assistance for me which was a godsend. Thank you for making our trip trouble free.”

“Lucia was recommended to me by a friend who had received fantastic after care service with Lucia I was after a holiday to celebrate a special birthday and Lucia did not disappoint. After several ‘tweaks’ we now have our holiday booked. I was keen to use a small independent travel agent having used a large company in the past that lacked that personal service Thoroughly recommend 5star”

“Lucia was extremely friendly, efficient and informative. She supported me with my health needs. She went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable travelling with my injection kit. She organised extra luggage allowance at no extra charge and supplied a contact details of the local Doctor. Lucia goes the extra mile, adding personal touches which made our holiday extra special. We will definitely book our next holiday through Lucia.”

“Lucia made booking our holiday quick and easy. She replied to all my messages straight away and answered any queries I had. Lucia even checked us in for our flights and sent through our boarding passes making it all nice and easy. I will definitely be booking again with Lucia .”
